The View at Mount Adams
Brandon and Brittany got engaged on Valentine's Day and began planning their big day just a few months later.
They were looking for a Photographer for their Engagement photos and their Wedding day which was being held in December of the same year.
I quickly connected with Brittany and we realized we even know some of the same people from high school and other mutual friends! It really is such a small world. Brittany has such a sweet personality.. She is honestly one of the nicest people that I have ever met in my entire life. She is so laid back and go with the flow. Brandon was awesome to work with as well.. He is one of those guys who knows everyone which is so fun because I am kind of the same way. He was the life of the party and you can just tell that every single guest loves them so much!
I loved hanging out with them for their engagement session & getting to know them even more. I knew that their wedding was going to be EPIC.
On the wedding day, It was a beautiful winter sunny day in Mount Adams/ Cincinnati, Ohio. BUT it was extremely windy! Luckily, when you are getting married at a Wedding venue like The View, you don't need to worry about wind, rain, snow etc because the name speaks for itself... THE VIEW... It is insanely beautiful and you can see it so clear because the venue has so many windows providing amazing natural light too!
We branched outside to do the first look and a few group shots of the entire bridal party, but then decided to go indoors for Brittany's portion of the bridal party shots while my amazing second shooter for the day, Jenna hung out with the guys outside for their portraits since their hair wouldn't mess up haha.
After we completed the bridal party photos, we did all of Brittany and Brandon's portraits indoors inside of the venue facing the city and their amazing bar!
The venue was decorated for Christmas which I loved so much and Brittany lovesssss Christmas so she was so happy too! It wasn't overly done, but it had a nice elegant touch of Christmas with beautiful wreaths, trees, and garland!
Their ceremony was stunning... It was evening light with the city lit up behind them and it was just picture perfect!
One of my favorite things that Brittany and Brandon did that is a new trend that I had not seen much was that they actually attended their Cocktail hour! How fun is that?! They came out with their matching Nikes and got to mingle with all of their friends and family.
I had a blast working with this beautiful couple and hanging out with all of their friends and family.. and maybe even dancing while taking reception pictures to "Rosco Dash" lol. I am fun what can I say?
